Margarita Rosario, known as “Coach Maggie”, is an Elite Basketball Skills Trainer that mainly specializes in a player’s skill development. She has trained many players from the elementary, middle, and high school level all the way up to the professional level. Her objective is to inspire and impact many players by sharing her passion and knowledge of the game.
 
In 2010 she led her team to win a District Championship. After graduating from Felix Varela Sr.High, she was offered several scholarships from different Division I programs. Yet, she made the final decision to attend and play for the University at Albany (Great Danes) in New York. As the starting point guard and captain of the team, she was a part of making history in Albany, being a back to back champion for four years in the American East Conference. She played in the NCAA Tournaments against top Division I programs such as Texas A&M, Duke, North Carolina, LSU, Delaware State, and several more.
 
After her playing career, she continued to follow her passion for training and developing players of all ages in Miami. She truthfully follows the philosophy of treating and training every player equally. In that case, making sure that the importance is not only the work ethic of the player but enhancing their basketball IQ. Her goal is not only to train players but to also help them improve in game situational drills that will lead them to develop themselves as an overall player.
